I began my journey in the real estate industry at the age of 19, starting as a Call Coordinator with Keller Williams Realty Advantage. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of real estate. While pursuing my college education, I also immersed myself in studying for my Real Estate Exam, a decision that ultimately led me to choose real estate as my full-time career.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats in this industry. I've had the privilege of serving as a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE, Technology Director, Marketing Coordinator, and Market Center Administrator—a role equivalent to CFO/COO in our company, where I served for nine fulfilling years. In 2015, I transitioned to a Broker-Associate position, taking on a leadership role within our brokerage.
In my current role, I provide layered support under our Managing Broker and Broker in Charge, overseeing our agents' activities, offering daily support, and providing essential training to help them thrive in their businesses. My passion for mentorship led me to establish the “Productivity Coaching Division” within our office, a program that has since expanded to other KW offices in the area. I take great pride in helping these offices identify and hire exceptional coaches, and I continue to be a dedicated Productivity Coach Director for our citywide group with a new division that we launched recently in Edmond, OK.

My expertise extends to a comprehensive knowledge of all contractual documents for GTAR and OREC, and I regularly train and coach agents to sharpen their skills for successful transactions. Beyond my professional duties, I am actively involved in committees at the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS, where I hold REALTOR member status and enjoy contributing to the growth and success of our local real estate community.

On a personal note, I’ve been happily married to my husband, Morgan, for 14 wonderful years. Together, we have three amazing children and have made Tulsa our lifelong home. Real estate runs deep in our family—I’m a proud second-generation REALTOR, and Morgan is a third-generation REALTOR. In fact, real estate is truly a family affair, with our close relatives all involved in the industry.
When I’m not immersed in the world of real estate, I love spending my downtime cooking up delicious meals. I’m also passionate about staying active, whether it’s bicycling or jogging alongside my loyal dog, Suzie Blu.
